During the evening we will also feature a expert financial speaker, Eileen O'Conner who is Certified Financial Planner at McClean Asset Management located in McClean Virginia. Eileen will provide her unique insight during the current turbulent financial and economic times.

About the Speakers
Amy Jen Su is an executive coach and leadership development specialist who brings to her work a unique combination of pragmatic business acumen, intuition and compassion.  Prior to co-founding Isis Associates, Amy was a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton, facilitating executive retreats and managing large client engagements for Fortune 500 companies. She has also been a strategic planner for Taco Bell Corp, as part of the PepsiCo family. Amy has coached emerging leaders in leading financial institutions, management consulting firms, and cutting-edge technology companies with a particular depth in working with women and executives of color. She has also consulted for and delivered powerful management learning programs in both private and public sector organizations. Amy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating with distinction and honors as well as a BA in psychology from Stanford University graduating with distinction, honors, and Phi Beta Kappa. She is a Professionally Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West. An avid researcher of Eastern philosophy, she is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher. Amy's signature is to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to her work combining the best of the western management sciences with other disciplines. 

Muriel Maignan Wilkins
is a leadership coach and consultant, specializing in leadership development and executive presence. Her unique combination of deep strategy experience, business education, and focus on executive development creates a strong proposition for clients who value her ability to understand their context and challenges. Muriel works with leaders to help them increase their professional success particularly in the areas of executive presence, communications effectiveness and transitioning into new roles. Before co-founding Isis Associates, Muriel led a successful executive management career in various corporate positions. Her experience includes holding P&L responsibility as a Director at U.S. News & World Report and leading consulting engagements as a Manager for the strategy practice of Accenture. Muriel coaches executives, trains and consults with teams in internationally-recognized organizations including Fortune 500 companies. Committed to making a positive difference in communities with strong needs, Muriel dedicates a critical amount of time to developing leaders of innovative, grassroots non-profit organizations. She is a frequent speaker on leadership communications issues and has been quoted by diverse media outlets. Muriel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a marketing degree from Georgetown University, and Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University. Deeply influenced by her 20 years living in North Africa, Europe and the Caribbean, Muriel's signature is to champion positive change in others and bring a passion for making a difference through her work.


Eileen O'Connor, CFP of McLean Asset Management Corporation, provides financial advisory services to high net worth individuals, business owners and families. O’Connor has more than 12 years’ management and consulting experience with executives and companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia. O'Connor holds the CFP professional designation, a B.S. from the University of Virginia, and a Harvard MBA.
